4. Click on ‘Proceed to checkout’ to complete your order.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON MADZIN LABEL TO PLACE AN ORDER?

No, you can easily place an order without having a Madzin label account. However if you set up an account with Madzin label it will enable you to view your order history, receive timely updates on new arrivals, our upcoming events and offers.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF AN ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE?

In case the item you are looking for is not featured on our website or is “sold out” please write to us at info@madzinlabel. Com and our customer support team will get in touch to assist you.

CAN I GET MY ORDER GIFT WRAPPED?

All products delivered from MADZIN LABEL arrive in suitable MADZIN LABEL packaging, we do not offer any additional gift wrapping services at the moment.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Do note: We do not offer refund the cancelled orders but offer credit notes against the cancellations. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, without any extra charges. To make a cancellation, please write to us on info@madzinlabel. com or call our Customer Service on +919301399046 Once your order is found eligible for cancellation, our team will issue a refund against it in the form of a credit note, that is redeemable within 90 days from the issue date.

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

Once you have confirmed and placed an order, it is not possible to add items to it. You are requested to place a fresh order for any new items. Additionally, you can make modifications to your existing order i.e., change color (subject to availability) or size or both within 24 hours of placing the order. WHAT IF MY PAYMENT IS DECLINED?

In case of failed transactions, please check that the details entered by you match the details on the card, card is not expired, PIN entered is correct. If all the details are correct and the problem still persists then contacting your bank or credit card company would help solve the issue. You also have an option of selecting a different payment method.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PURCHASE TO BE DELIVERED?

The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. Domestic orders will take about 2-4 business days for delivery from the date of dispatch. International orders take about 10-12 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Sometimes, delivery timelines are subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, destination customs clearance process, unexpected travel delays due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. WHAT COUNTRIES DOES MADZIN LABEL SHIP TO?

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER INSTEAD?

Domestic clients can opt for a self-pick up from Madzin flagship store at ambawatta new delhi , upon request. For further assistance, kindly reach out to us at customersupport@madzinlabel.com

CAN I MEND MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once your order has been placed, you can change the delivery address until the item has been shipped. However, should you need to do this; you can call our cutomer care team who will be able to assist further.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing airway bill number (AWB) and a link to the tracking portal for the courier service being used for your shipment. In case of any additional shipping related queries please reach out to our client care team.

MY ORDER SHOWS DELIVERED AND I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your package shows delivered and you have not received your order please raise the issue by calling our client care team. Our team will look into the matter and ensure the delivery is done in time. We will keep you updated with the progress.

WILL THERE BE ADDITIONAL DUTIES OR TAXES PAYABLE ON MY PURCHASE?

For Indian Customers, product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For International Customers, product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not accept returns; however returns are applicable only if the product received from our end is damaged or the product delivered is not correct. For more information you can go through our returns and exchange policy forum.

CAN IN CANCEL MY ORDER OR AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?

You have the option of cancelling your purchase & claim a refund. However, this is only allowed for 24 hours from the time of purchase. In this case, a refund in the form of a “Credit note” will be initiated within 7 business days from the date of order cancellation. The Credit note will be valid for a year from the date of order cancellation. For any cancellation requests received after 24 hours from the time of purchase, Madzin Label shall have no liability in relation to any claim for a refund.
